How to Make Delicious Cupcakes

In this article i am about to show you how make delicious cupcakes step by step. Cupcakes are best for summer pick-nicks , parties, children fun , birthday gifts, weddings,outdoor fun and for general eating .

Let start with the cupcakes recipe

Step 1

Pre heat the owen on “190 C Degree” and if you are using fan Owen then “170 C Degree” is OK Or Gas Mark 5

Step 2

Line up 12 cupcakes cases of any color in to metal bin tin .

Cream 170 g butter and 175 caster sugar until light and fluffy into a mixing bowl with help of cooking beaters.

Now Add 1 tea spoon vanilla essence and 3 eggs into the cream and start beaten gradually .

Now add 175 g self raising flour and half tea spoon of baking poweder into the above mixer

Now with help of large cooking spoon gently stir the mixer until mixer easily drop of the spoon if it doesn’t add little milk and keep stirring.

Now add the mixer into cupcakes we lined up in step2 almost 3/4 quarter fill in each cupcake.

Put bin tin in pre heated owen for 10-12 minutes or so until cupcakes get brown . After baking take them out of owen and leave them for cool .

In this step we make icing for our cupcakes . Combine 500 g icing sugar with 5 table spoon water and stir until its reaches its smooth consistency. Divide icing into 3-5 small bowls and mix your favorite food color into icing.

Now top each cupcakes with icing and with the help of spoon. You can also put put cherry or sugar flowers on topping and leave the icing to set.
