Moist chocolate cupcake recipe
By far and easy and best Moist chocolate cupcake recipe.
Also taste great with the easy butter cream frosting.
Easy Best Moist Chocolate Cupcakes
3/4c butter room temp
1c soft dark brown sugar
1/2c caster sugar
3 eggs room temp
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4c cocoa powder
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 1/2c milk (as cool as you feel comfortable)
2 teaspoon vanilla
Heat to 375. Reduce to 350 when you put in cupcake batter.
Beat butter till creamy. Add sugar and beat. Beat in eggs 1 by 1.
Mix Dry ingredients. Mix vanilla & milk together into bowl. Add a third of the dry ingredients, mix well. Add half of the liquid, mixing well and repeating.
Fill liners 60%. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. A couple minutes more maybe needed if you remembered to rotate.
