Get around these Ingredients:
* 1.5c sugar
* 1 stick butter at room temp.
* 2 eggs at room temp
* 2 1/3c cake flour
* 2 tbls cocoa powder
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp of salt
* 1c buttermilk
* 1 1/2 tbls red food coloring
* 1 tsp vanilla

Prep.
Preheat the oven to 350. Beat the butter & sugar in mixer for 3min on med ’til fluffy.
Then add eggs, 1 by 1.Scrape down the sides of the bowl during mixing.
In large bowl, sift together the dry ingredients. In different bowl whisk the wets: buttermilk, vanilla extract, & red coloring.
Add a part of the dry ingredients to the mixer and mix with a part of the wet. Do that
until you’re finished with the wet and dries.
Fill cupcake liners, about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 9 minutes and rotate them. Bake another 9 minutes then check them. (toothpick comes out clean).
Cool for 2 minutes before moving them. Move them to your cooling rack to finish.
