Did you know you can make buttermilk by adding a tsp of White vinegar to milk for your cupcakes?
Did you know that you should always rotate your pan in the middle of cooking?
Did you know that you should always bake your cupcakes using room temperature ingredients.
Add 1 to 2 tbsps of sour cream to your batter.
Substitute applesauce in place of oil in your recipe.
Add pudding to the mix. Match the flavors.
Add a little extra oil to make them moister.
Replace half the water with 7up or milk (not both =))
Under cook them by a minute or 2.
When you let them rest, try placing a paper towel over the top of them, so they cool off slower.
