CREAM CHEESE
The best cream cheese frosting for cupcakes.
* 1 stick room temperature butter
* 1 regular package Philly cream cheese at room temperature (8oz)
* 2.5c of powdered sugar
* 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Cream butter, vanilla, & cream cheese for a few minutes and always scrape down during mixing.
Add powdered sugar and mix for a few more minutes. Taste!
